- Perform AI analysis to identify wildlife species and extract metadata
- Generate analytics and insights based on your data
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for conservation research (only with your consent)
Content Standards: Uploaded images must:
- Be legally obtained wildlife photos from trail cameras
- Not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Not contain personal information of identifiable individuals
- Comply with local wildlife photography and monitoring regulations
5. AI Processing and Analysis
Our AI systems process your images to:
- Identify wildlife species using computer vision algorithms
- Extract metadata such as animal count, behavior, and timestamps
- Correlate data with environmental conditions (weather, moon phase, etc.)
- Generate analytics and insights for wildlife monitoring
AI Accuracy: While our AI systems are highly accurate, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy in species identification or data extraction. Users should verify AI results for critical applications.
Processing Location: AI processing may occur on servers located in different geographic regions to optimize performance and reliability.
6. Privacy and Location Data
Location Privacy Protection:
- GPS coordinates are encrypted and secured
- Exact locations are never shared publicly
- Location data is used only for your personal analytics
- You control access to your location information
Data Anonymization: When used for research purposes, location data is:

10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

- Immediate processing of all uploaded images
- Permanent availability of all features
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide notice when possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
Trail Pro Intel's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Unauthorized access to your account
- Service interruptions or downtime
Important: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
